I was previously employed as a human resource assistant training coordinator. I was trained to facilitate trainings and seminars and prepare talks and powerpoint/video presentations for the speakers. I was part of the team which created the competency dictionary for all the job positions in our company. I was also the one who created the ranking criteria for the managerial positions and the rank and file positions to see if they are fit for their positions and to determine if they need further trainings and seminars to make them reach the desired rating required of their job position. I was also one of the people who created the training manual for our company.
I am very willing to work individually and eager to find answers when difficulties arise. I want a stable job without going to the traditional workplace.
