Profile Description

I have over 7 years experience in the Call Center industry almost 3 years as a Technical Representative for AT&T DSL and 5 years in Medical Billing - 1 year as a customer service representative, 1 year as a Billing Specialist and 3 years as a Trainer.
Working as
a technical and later customer support representative has honed my skilled in Customer Service and dealing with all types of people from different walks of life and catering to their needs in all ways possible within the Companies guidelines.
On the other hand, working in Medical Billing allowed me to explore the Healthcare industry and enrich my knowledge in this field, thus my promotion to Training Specialist. I am knowledgeable in the Revenue Cycle Management which includes Insurance Verification, payment posting, AR follow-up, etc. Being a Trainer also required me to supervise the newly hired reps and communicate with clients through mail, phone and in meetings.
