Profile Description

I have more than 20 years of administrative and customer service experience; 8 years is as a Virtual Assistant. I know all aspects of administration jobs; including but not limited to, customer coordination, supplier coordination, diary management, data management, blog posting using Wordpress, web research, audio transcription, email handling, etc.

I have very good computer knowledge, especially in Excel. I also studied basic HTML and can do simple web designs. Having a degree in Chemical Engineering and an administrative work experience, I have both the technical and soft skills to succeed. I am also a very fast learner in case their is a need to learn new things.
