I can write and speak in English fluently. Back to my college years, I was then a campus journalist so I used to write articles for the school paper. I am flexible on that because I'm not only for one section, but for all kinds of articles. And when I started working in a call canter company, my skills have been developed. Since I've held a financial account, I used to do a customer service for an average of 50 American citizens everyday about their credit reports, credit scores and other issues with regards to their credit. I was able to take two years of Psychology so, I presume that it's one reason why I can deal with different kinds of people everyday. And being a customer representative, I also enhanced a great power of reasoning without forgetting proper ethics and good usage of words no matter how irate the callers maybe.
