All of my working experiences are in the BPO industry, most of which are technical like DELL and HP as a technical support rep. One of the asset that I acquired while working with them is the ability to make my customer feel very confident in dismantling their computer unit (for troubleshooting purposes) and putting them back resulting in resolving the issue, if not, identifying what is the right solution. Currently I am working with Intuit Homestead website services as a front-line support. I was able to become comfortable in using our own website editor in the first day of training. My ability to adapt and learn is above average level of which I can use to take on any kinds of challenges that will obstruct me in achieving my goal.
