Leadership and development was my main task as a Supervisor. Data entry, making reports & trackers and email handling were part of my job. I have excellent written & verbal English communication skills with great knowledge in Microsoft Office. I have developed a skill in coaching and training new agents as well. Working as a virtual assistant is one of the jobs that made me learn how to be resourceful. I have enrolled myself to different webinars and studied websites about social media marketing. I have knowledge in MLS Listing, Comparative Marketing Analysis, creating Purchase Agreement, Listing Agreement, Lease Agreement & Buyer Representation Agreement, Docusign for all agreements or contracts, setting up prospect alerts, good opportunities for builders & investors, and generate leads for real estate clients. I am skilled in creating Landing Pages, Property Flyers, Photo & Video Ads, and experienced in CRM Handling (Follow Up Boss) - Integration to Facebook and other systems, setting up Drip Campaign, sending out Bulk Emails, creating Mailing Labels. Social media marketing & data mining, is part of the job. This includes Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn. These skills help clients improve their website traffic and marketing strategy.
