I’ve been given a multiple responsibility including report creation, documentation, database administration, and other help desk task, which most of the time requires data manipulation, encoding and conversion of document from one file type to another.
My experience includes but is not limited to: Programming both new applications and maintenance work using Visual Basic 6 or .Net with IBM DB2, MS SQL Server and MS Access as the database , Customer service and support, Problem isolation and analysis, Software quality testing, Application and requirement analysis and Process improvement
