I've been with the call center/BPO industry for more than 3 years now, where I have enhanced my skills in communication, multi-tasking and Windows environment.
I've get to experience already a variety of Phone support tasks such as:
Inbound Customer service for a US Telecom company and International Courier services company;
B2B Outbound Sales for a Compliance firm for HR related supplies;
Inbound and Outbound Consumer Sales for Diabetic Supplies; and
B2B Outbound Appointment setting for a Collection Law firm.
Along side these office-based jobs, I also work as a part-time English tutor for Koreans and some other freelance jobs which are basically home-based.
With my experiences in working with office-based and home-based jobs, I've learned how to conduct my self appropriately and professionally and maintain a positive working relationship within the team. Expressing genuine concern for the company and its consumers is really important in performing the tasks as a phone support agent.
I give very much importance with Integrity, my commitment to work, ability to respect and promote confidentiality and to perform duties of the position on a regular basis.
I can also function independently with good decision making skills.
