• An Engineer and Information Technology professional with extensive LAN/hardware/TCP/IP, electronic devices and circuit board analysis and repair, I.T. network infrastructure and basic electrical troubleshooting and installation experience.
• Self-starter with proven leadership abilities, able to identify gaps in processes and initiate corrective actions, excellent oral and written communication, and has an outstanding project management skills.
• Experienced in installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment, desktop/laptop computers, point of sales machines, Electronic Fund Transfers.
• Has extensive knowledge in programs/applications such as MS Office, Lotus Smartsuite, Lotus Notes, XML and Visual Foxpro and C language.
• Also, familiar with configuration of Active Directory on servers and domain controllers for support on Windows 7/Vista/XP/NT.
