working in a call center industry for 6 months i have become familiarized in negotiating and dealing with American customers. i have improved my skills in communicating with them and knowing their culture as well. since i have worked in such sort of industry that crosses different time zones, i learned how to be flexible with my working schedule, with that, i can practically work any time of the day. being in a fast-paced type of job, i managed to work in multiple tasks and honed my typing skills and computer literacy. i was trained not only to answer inquiries but also did some technical support. lastly, i have improved myself in ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
