Profile Description

I have been selling online for 2 yrs and been good at it. However, I have to stop because Customs people are just way too mean with the import taxes. I sell my products in Ebay, Sulit, Facebook and Multiply. Online selling involves a lot of customer interaction, computer use, a lot of creative writing to describe my products, marketing strategies, promotional skills and a lot of phone calls to contact customers. Though I am not a graduate of any marketing or business management course, my experience trained me to sell, attend meetings and try to achieve customer satisfaction while meeting your goals.
I am proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and I also do photo editing (Corel Photoshop).
I was a Customer Service Representative for Charter Communications (Teletech Holdings Inc.) and Teleflora (ePLDT Ventus).
I was also an effective Telemarketer for bank credit cards and loans.
I am organized, responsible, hard-working, self-motivated and able to relate and create trust in all.
I am also persistent and flexible to the beneficial achievement of the company`s plan and goals.
I am highly articulate, confident and persuasive towards client and can effectively work under pressure. In nursing, we call that “grace under pressure”.
I am willing to exert extra efforts to meet early deadlines.
