I have skills in retail operations; in my previous job as a District Sales Manager, part of my responsibilities include hiring, training and developing highly-motivated group of sales people that help us achieve our sales targets.
I was also responsible for planning, budgeting and developing strategies to achieve business goals. These include forecasting, sales planning, budget & cost analysis. I also handled negotiations with mall management on our occupancy costs, and new store space requirements. The business dealings are achieved through business correspondence, calls and meetings.
In my stint as a Maritime Operations Manager, all communication are done through emails and calls. The company is US-based but its operations center is located inside Clark Economic Zone in Angeles City.
I was responsible for the overall management of the maritime operations center. I oversee the day-to-day operations which include strategic planning and execution of security team transfers. I managed a team of highly-motivated group of junior managers and agents.
