I've been with the BPO industry for more than 5 years now. I've handled different accounts from American, British and Australian customers which give more experience with regards to communicating to different type of people. I've become more flexible, learn multi tasking and be an independent worker.
I was also given the opportunity to use the knowledge I gain in
my university when I got my first job. I was exposed in different Administrative task during that time which also help me boost my confidence. I was assigned to manage the network connection of the company which exposed me to the use of emails and basic networking. I was also assigned to purchase all the equipment that the company will be using. This encourage me to use different resources such as internet to be able to come up with the best presentation and be able to look for the best equipment that the company need.
I was also assigned to conduct training for Microsoft excel and Word. Im not an expert but I can definitely know most of the basic settings of this application which I believe is the key in using any applications, to know the basic.
I am goal oriented and make sure to always use my time wisely especially during work. Quality of work is always my aim. I am fast learner and can help you grow your business.
