Ensure that the service offered by the ground staff is efficient, professional and of the highest possible standard and that flights leave on time without sacrificing safety or security. Plan, organize and control all aspects of the overall operation including effective co-ordination of all internal and external departments such as Airport Ticket Desk, Handling Agents, caterers, other airlines, and various authorities at the airport, to ensure passengers are provided with a high level of service.
