I have had around 3-4 years experience in the Call Center Industry. I started out as a customer service agent and eventually, applied for Quality Assurance Analyst. I have very good command in English as proven by my International English Language Testing System (IELTS) scores. 7.5 band score for Listening and Reading tests, 7.0 band score for writing test, and 8.0 for Speaking Tests, with a total overall band score of 7.5. In addition to that, I hold a diploma for the degree Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. My skill set include Photo and Video Editing through Adobe After Effects, Premier PRo, PhotoShop CS3 and CS5, Sound Editing through Adobe CS5 SoundBooth. Advance Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Hardware configurations and basic troubleshooting, including networking and IP configurations. HTML and CSS is also included in my web design and application skill set, including proficiency in JAVA, SQL and FOx PRo.
