As a CSA, I started working as a telephone operator for a year and was promoted as a Front Liner.
As a FL, I do bills payment cashiering, processes return/exchanged merchandise, announces on going promos and others.
I was able to developed multitasking skills.
For 3 years I also worked in a call center company for Washing Mutual and Chase Credit Card Application Over the Phone.
Working in a Call Center gave me the opportunity to know some of the American Culture and had interaction with them.
I also developed the sense of team work, cooperation and responsibility in words and action.
I was able to built a good working relationship with my team mates.
I learn the value of hard work and being responsible.
