Profile Description

I am a determined, hardworking person who keeps the job done regardless of obstacles. I deliver services beyond standards efficiently and effectively. My strengths include leadership, management, independence and organization. I am a fast-learner who require minimum supervision and has good interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior to entering medical school, I have had 5 months experience working as an outsource technical support specialist and customer service agent for a premiere telecommunications company in the United States. I handled calls regarding the company's services and addressed customer queries, requests and account disputes.
I have also worked as a personal assistant/secretary for hospital accreditation to a chief nurse in a private hospital in our province wherein I was tasked to create and revise hospital forms, procedures and policies, supervise and manage employee performance, and synthesize and report progress directly to the Board of Directors.
I have extensive knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office programs such as MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Note, MS Publisher and MS Visio. As a hobby, I utilize Adobe Photoshop for tweaking photos, Sony Vegas Movie Studio and Window's Movie Maker for creating and editing videos.
