I help businesses clean up, repair, and streamline their CRM, automation, and workflow systems so leads are tracked properly, follow-ups happen on time, and opportunities do not slip through the cracks.

Most clients come to me when their systems start feeling messy.

Their CRM is hard to manage. Automations fire at the wrong time or stop working completely. Leads get stuck, misrouted, or forgotten. Outreach campaigns work for a while, then suddenly break. The team knows something is wrong, but no one can clearly see where the problem starts.

That is where I come in.

I work as a hands-on automation partner and technical problem-solver, not just someone who sets things up and disappears. My focus is building stable, clean, and easy-to-understand systems that can actually support the business long term.

Core areas I handle:

• GoHighLevel setup, cleanup, optimization, workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, triggers, and integrations
• Advanced automation development using n8n, Zapier, and Make
• API integrations, lead routing, alerts, appointment booking, and follow-up systems
• Outreach system setup and recovery using Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, and similar tools
• Domain setup and email deliverability including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup, and inbox protection
• CRM troubleshooting, workflow audits, reporting, and long-term system maintenance

I document what I build, explain what I find, and make sure the system is something your team can use with confidence.

I am comfortable joining an existing team, taking ownership of current systems, fixing broken workflows, or building the full automation infrastructure from the ground up.
