I worked with NCO Financial Systems, Inc., a call center, for 2 years and 2 months. I began as a customer service representative handling order entry, as well as monitoring, tracking and reporting status of orders to management. After a year, I became a Real Time Analyst. My position involved monitoring agent staffing, call volume, adherence and thresholds when handling lines to maintain service level and productivity of agents within our goal, checking daily attendance and processing of leaves and overtime filed by agents. Then, I became a Scheduler trainee, which entailed creating/generating schedules for all agents under my account using a scheduling software. This also allowed me to work closely with training and operations to understand and schedule needed trainings and coaching.
I worked with a great deal of email in my previous jobs. I know how to use MS Word, MS Powerpoint, a lot of MS Excel and a little of Photoshop. I have also been doing a bit of video editing for family and friends.
I am looking for a long-term stable job where I can grow with the company.
