I had worked in a call center industry where I had worked as a customer service representative. I handled 1800flowers.com, Leapfrog and DirectTV. My specialization as a CSR are;1. order entry- Some clients do not have toll-free so it is long distance so need to be fast in typing the information so customers won't get mad 2. after sales service - handling customer complaints, inquiries, finding out a solution for a problem that occurs in the delivery,etc 3. sales - turn inquiries to sales 4. communication - my skills in speaking English was enhanced, being a customer service representative is a non-script job, especially if you are asking for probing questions.
I also worked with pharmaceutical and real estate companies where I was able to improve my skills in microsoft applications like word, excel and powerpoint.
I am a self-starter and can work with less supervision. I can easily get along with any personality and I can work under pressure.
