I check insurance portals like Availity, UMR, UHC, HPN, etc., to check patients' effective date, copay/coinsurance, deductible, maximum out of pocket, and accumulations. I also call patients for missing insurance information or to confirm patient demographics. I accurately update patients insurance information to ensure smooth transaction with our billing department.

Answer patient inquiries about their appointment, provider information, office location, etc., while maintaining professionalism. Manage our podiatrists' calendar by scheduling, cancelling, or rescheduling appointments.
