I have been in a BPO industry for 5 years now and is an online homebased ESL Teacher for 4 years. My journey in the call center industry started in 2007 where I became a Customer Sales Representative in an ISP. I then joined Calltek Center Int'l Inc, where I was a Technical Support Engineer and was promoted after 6 months as level 2 support. I had then decided to try homebased jobs and so had applied for another company as a telemarketer/outbound sales representative and customer service representative on different projects and timezone. I believe that being flexible with the job would give me a greater possibility and chances for career growth. I am competitive and passionate in each way that makes me to adapt quickly on any
