I've been working as a full time Technical Support Representative. For the current time, I'm with the Level 2 support for email. I have also worked as a part-time Colleg Instructor and with this I was able to handle major and minor computer subjects (please see resume fro more details). I'm also fluent with the English language, both written and verbal. I'm good with time management, proof of this was that while working in the BPO industry, I also worked as a part-time teacher at the same time. I'm good with computer programs, such as MS Office, Open Office, Adobe products, etc. I'm also familiar with different kinds of programming languages, such as, Java, VB, PHP, etc. I can work with less supervision. I can handle jobs in a timely manner. I'm also good at preparing proposal presentations for group decision making.
