I've worked with two BPO's for the past three years. I started my career working a Customer and Sales Associate for a U.S. Telecommunications account for almost two years. I have experience in proper customer care handling and immediate issue resolution following strict company policies, protocol and confidentiality. Maintained strong scores in company metrics which includes AHT, First Call Issue Resolution, Customer Satisfaction, Sales and Transfer Rates.
I'm currently working for the largest and the biggest self-publishing company in the U.S. as a publishing and marketing consultant. I speak with aspiring authors worldwide who are looking for different publishing companies to publish their book and make them see our publishing company is the best choice.
I educate and sell which services are beneficial to the author to publish a professionally crafted book through phone calls and email. This would cover, editing, publishing programs and marketing services or campaigns.
I am asked to deliver an imposed revenue and submissions quota by our company utilizing active, inactive and archived leads. Quota ranges between $6,000 - $10,000 and 4 - 7 submissions monthly. I am currently the youngest prospector to be part of the top prospectors in our imprint coming from a field with no experience in outbound calling and sales.
