I'm currently working right now as a call center agent. I had been in this industry for two years. I'm a customer service representative so i could definitely handle jobs that require customer care and handling. I'm very good in billing, reading bills, proration, one time charges and processing of payments. Aside from that I also have a strong sales background, especially with cell phones, cable, digital home phone and internet service.
I'm a registered nurse by profession which means I could also handle any medical related work.
Lastly I'm very computer literate, far from being an expert with different offices (windows) but I certainly know the basic.
