Profile Description

I am Registered Nurse and I worked as one at Cebu Doctors' University Hospital for about 28 months. That being said, I am pretty knowledgeable with the Health Care Industry and I can consider myself as a top notch customer service provider. I have also worked in the BPO industry for quite some time. I was a Telephone Banker for Washington Mutual Bank which is a client of People Support at that time. I was trained to take calls, provide specific information to customers about their accounts, and how to multi-task using a number of applications in my computer. I also worked as a Publishing Services Associate with Xlibris Corporation, a Self-Publishing company located in the U.S. There I learned how to organize files as well as work hand in hand with authors and artists in publishing a book. I worked there for about a year and then relocated to Ormoc City and worked for a small BPO company which catered a Dental Laboratory located in IOWA. I was trained to make sales calls to Dental Laboratories offering Dental Products.
I am also an internet geek who probably stays in front of a computer for at least 5 hours a day. I may not know everything in using the internet but I'm pretty sure I know a lot. I love reading reviews about new gadgets and stuffs and I'm pretty much knowledgeable with them. I know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and I've got good typing skills.
