I have worked on several BPO industries. I was a customer service representative and later on I switched to technical support representative. I handled billing, payment adjustments and video troubleshooting for Comcast. Other than that, I worked as a technical support representative for T- Mobile USA and I handled basic to advanced troubleshooting such as common procedures of the customer's mobile phones to filing a trouble ticket. My most recent job is appointment setting and lead generation for a small company in the United States.
