Worked for Teleperformance, Phils. for almost 5 years. Starting as a Customer Service Specialist for Sprint, a US mobile company, I was responsible for customer care, providing over-the-phone customer service that range from bill payments, account application to mobile services inquiries and sometimes, even basic troubleshooting.
Was promoted as Team Lead, doing Supervisory works on the floor, assisting agents on call, providing solutions to calls that requires personal judgments, if the situation calls for it, take calls for irate customers demanding to talk to a supervisor.
Was also appointed as Speech/Grammar Coach.
