Worked directly at Amazon for 10 years and started as an Amazon Selling Partner Support associate. From this role, I have mastered the following skills:
• Creating a listing and troubleshooting listing creation error such as 5665, 5461, 8572, generic error codes etc.) and reviewing approval to reinstate listings that were deactivated due to Suspected Intellectual Property Violation (Brand Protection), Food and Product Safety Issue, Restricted Product Policy Violations and many more.
• Managing MFN and FBA orders; providing assistance how to handle orders wherein customers encounters issues.
• Provided assistance to Selling Partners on how they can send products to Amazon through Send to Amazon, track their FBA shipments, reconcile the units from an FBA shipments, reimbursement for units that have been lost and damaged inside the fulfillment center and units that were lost and damaged through removal order.
