Profile Description

I am a graduate of a business course so I have an excellent background in accounting,marketing and management. I had worked at 2 different BPO companies as a cx service representative so I have extensive skills in call handling both inbound and outbound calls. I had worked in a bank (Bank of the Philippine Island) and in a government office (Department of Education, accounting department) as an assistant
for my course requirement before graduation. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Outlook Express, Microsoft PowerPoint.Lastly, I am fluent in English language both oral and writing. I am a sincere, loyal and dedicated individual who is willing to learn and work even under pressure. I will do my best to meet and hopefully exceed the set expectations of my employer.
