I've had a wide range of job experiences from the different fields that I ventured in.
I worked as a Brand / Marketing Assistant for a Real Estate company where I was able to apply my organizational skills in organizing events, product launches, and agents' meetings. Coordination was also key in this role, as I had to monitor sales activities of different business units, and in ensuring that specifications are met by suppliers of marketing collaterals.
I was also a Business Analyst for a software company, where I acted as a liaison between the client, the software team, and other support groups to translate business and software requirements
into production and output. I also developed training materials for the production team based on client requirements, which required both oral and written communication skills.
One of my most rewarding experience was working as a Customer Development Executive for an International brand. This involved a high level of customer service, time management, organization and discipline to ensure that all concerns of the Key Accounts are met and addressed, while still safeguarding the company's margins. A key skill in this job is negotiation.
I currently work as a Business Development / Project Officer for a Real Estate Development company. Here I look for properties that will be a good business opportunity. I evaluate the property in terms of location, marketability, and profitability. I help build or strengthen business relationships with landowners and other stakeholders of the business by providing them regular project updates. Negotiation skills are also applied to ensure the best terms for both landowners, stakeholders, and the developer whom I work for.
