Profile Description

I am a pretty fast typist which would make me a good candidate as an encoder or virtual assistant. I can work with most of the Microsoft Office programs. I am also a quick learner, so I can easily learn other softwares that may be needed on the job that I will be hired for.
I have worked for two BPO (Business Processing Outsource) companies as a Customer Service Representative for a gym in the US under Convergys and an Email Service Representative (Techincal Support)for Nokia under PCCW. I also have experience in working as a virtual assistant for a school here in the Philippines. I also had my On-the-Job training at a Non-Government Organization called Medical Action Group as a research assistant.
Also, I have good English speaking and writing skills due to my Educational Background. Not only that, I am also quite adept at searching the internet using search engines.
