Profile Description

I'm a college graduate with a degree in Nursing. Presently working as a technical support agent in one of the call centers in Cebu and has skills with regards to any internet connection issues.
with my profession and skills I've developed with my work experience i can say that i'm knowledgeable with computers and with the English language. I know how to work with some Microsoft programs, specifically MS word, MS publisher, MS excel, MS paint and a little with adobe.
In relation to my degree i'm familiar with medical words that would help in any medical transcribing job. And with the experience i have in BPO industry i know how to deal with different people,communicating with them to be specific.
Im self directed and has strong commitment with work and obligations. If given the chance to choose i would prefer part time jobs or full term jobs that doesn't require an 8hour work a day. But still open to any full time job opportunities.
