Over the course of my career in the academe and the BPO industry, my skills in written and verbal communication have greatly developed. While working as a researcher in the University of the Philippines I wrote scientific articles and presented them in conferences. When I decided to shift careers and joined the BPO industry, I was able to hone my skills even more. Providing excellent customer service and technical support were top priorities so I really worked hard to be able to articulate information fluently. My efforts soon paid off as I was promoted to Quality Assurance.
Doing research, gathering and analyzing data, and completing reports are familiar tasks to me. At times they may be difficult but are definitely achievable! I am able to pay close attention to details and can accomplish work in a timely manner. I am also knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
I look forward to learning new things as well. In fact, I am currently studying Wordpress and am hoping to be an expert soon. The website I am working on is called2stay.wordpress.com.
My future employer can rest assured that I will be able to accomplish any task at hand and meet whatever is expected of me. I perform well even with minimal supervision. Though I am aspiring for a long-term, home-based work, I am also hoping to be a blessing to my employer as well.
