My experience in the BPO industry has honed my innate skill to deal with different types of personalities and different scenarios. I am confident to state for the record that I am adept at customer service, with customer relations being my strongest suit. In this regard, a customer service/virtual assistant position serves my purpose.
I am also quite a writer-at-heart, having been an editor for my school paper back in the day and continue to hone that skill by blogging and other social media outlets. I love to write feature articles, especially when it involves researching on topics that I like such as movies, general info, news and public affairs and anything tourism/travel-related. With these skills, I am confident and comfortable with any writer-type position.
I am also a fast typist, able to type anywhere between 60-80 words per minute (depending on the hardware and what typing test engine we are using). So, data entry is a position that I will definitely be able to do well.
I also do well with research and development as I consider myself to be analytical and meticulous.
