Being in the call center industry for almost three years, I can say that I am fairly good in English both written and oral. I have been familiar with the language since elementary and I know the basics of it. I may not be a native speaker but I can proudly say that I can speak like one in terms of expressions, analogies and/or layman's term form the American side. I was able to enhance my english skill simply by reading a lot of books and watching American TV series and movies.
I am online almost 24/7 and I am familiar with search engines, social media and other online applications. I have an extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Outlook. As of the moment I'm exposing myself to other applications such as Express Scribe for transcription.
