Profile Description

I am in my fourth year as a full time college instructor in Sociology. As an instructor i have been awarded for 2 consecutive years as one of the top ten instructors in the academe where i work. My job as educator requires me to do much reading and writing and my expected outputs are a well thought of lesson plan and a valid measurement and assessment tool for learning.
Our college also expects us to write a journal article or research paper every school year. This allows me to develop my skills in research, writing, revising my own work and reviewing the work of my colleagues.
Aside from working as an instructor, i have been appointed in year 2008 as coordinator for the National Service Training Program (NSTP) of the school. It is as
NSTP coordinator that i have used my skills in writing
as i have developed the curriculum of the program from writing its syllabus, course outline, teaching plan to designing a manual for class facilitators and workbook for students.
