I am a degree holder and worked in the call center industry for 5 years. I was acquire kills I know I would never learned if I have an 'ordinary' job. I learned how to communicate in English like a native speaker. I know how to handle customer concerns and looking for solutions. Aside from my work experience, I've done quite a bit of article writing and transcribing for a company in Portland, specifically for sales. I also know how to work using Office Applications, Express Scribe and Java Scripting.
My written and verbal English skills are also above average and I know can be put to better use in helping you build your business.
