I have worked previously in a large scale operations center that handles Technical Inquiries and troubleshooting for one of the major Internet Service Providers in the United States. I have been trained in providing excellent customer service and Internet troubleshooting in which I continue to use even now.
I have been through several online jobs, more specifically on article writing/rewriting, Search engine optimization, data entry and Virtual assistance. With several years of experience in online tasks, I have grown to master each skill needed to get the job done as efficient as possible.
I have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. I also have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe Photoshop and E-commerce Magento.
I have been known to work well in a team and could function in a way that it exceeds expectations. I also take initiative as needed.
