After I graduated last 2003, I put up a Computer Shop business with my sister. Through that, I become a little bit techie. Then after a year, I use my computer knowledge such as basic troubleshooting (hardware) to work as Technical Support Representative but after two years I've decided to shift to Customer Service because that gives me more excitement, less stress and high compensation with good benefits. I enjoy working as a Customer Service Representative, it gives me more understanding how to make our customer happy by helping them and be satisfied to our product, to our company. Having a satisfied customer will keep a company stronger and longer in the business.
