1. I used to work as Supervisor in a Call Center for a US-based company and therefore I am very good at customer service/support. In my last year at the Call Center, I was the Financials Supervisor where my responsibilities is to assure that the client profits. I coach sales mentors who
were under my supervision so they can become better coaches and mentors to their agents. I was responsible in the monitoring of the sales of the client together with my sales mentors. I work very harmoniously with a team.
2. I am very proficient with the English language and therefore I write well.
3. I am also good at researches being a graduate of Bachelor of Laws.
4. I was once an English teacher therefore I can handle tutorials of the English language.
I am analytical, detailed, good at problem-solving and I can work with minimal supervision. I also am very particular in finishing work before deadline.
