Trained in Trinity Health Connect portal and domains i.e. Epic, Syracuse, Meditech, Sutter, basic knowledge in Revenue CyclePro and provider portals, Word-processing software, spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite), and Business communication platforms.
A good remote worker for over 3 years with a successful record in taking communication skills to the next level by using email, phone calls, video calls, online chat software, and whatever other tools are available. Providing client information, and liaising between departments.  

Available THURSDAYS from 9 am -  3 pm EST time / UAE 5-11 pm and FRIDAYS from 2 am - 7 am EAT /UAE time 10 am - 3 pm.  Subject to change depending on availability.
