Profile Description

I have always been a person who gives 100% effort thus without any call center experience,I scored the highest on the final test regarding the campaign material, I was immediately seen as one who consistently exhibited leadership skills. As a result I moved from top agent to Team Leader
and eventually to Operations Manager of the campaign.I was also instrumental in the
transition of the campaign from another center over to Client owned center. In my role as Operations Manager for our campaign,I performed virtually all functions for the team as the back-office capabilities of the Company either did not exist or were in development. With the campaign, I
was able to manage 24 X 7 operations, a team of over 125 agents virtually at its largest, and a variety of campaigns including customer service, collections, marketing, and loan processing both
inbound and outbound calling (heavy dialer utilization). I maintained tremendous work ethic, a big
heart, and cares a great deal for my employer and clients. Most especially my Team.
I am skilled with recruitment,training,basic IT for virtual support and MS Word,MS Excel (not that proficient but enough to be able to submit reports) Power point presentation,virtual training,email correspondences,phone support,client interface,weekly presentation and reports.
I am looking for a long-term job where I can again grow with the Company.
