My line of work for the last 8 yrs is with the BPO-contact center. I am currently an assistant manager for operations in the back office department of a prestigious financial institution. My daily task would entail that we reconcile and ensure accuracy in our internal systems as compared to our clients details. I have excellent investigative skills and can get things done fast and efficiently.
I am task oriented and can work well in stressful conditions and can provide results on a timely manner. I am also proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
