I am an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant and Operations Manager. In my 7 years experience as a VA and Operations Manager, I have helped Entrepreneurs and Real Estate Professionals in business Start-up, System Creation and Management. With great passion to providing excellent service to my Clients and by managing a multifaceted team of Virtual Assistant Ninjas, I have helped our clients to reach their goals and create leverage in their businesses.
I am a go getter and can easily work on any tasks within a few hours or days working with a Client. I would be more than willing to be interviewed at the Client's most convenient time.
Some of the tasks that I have worked on includes but is not limited to:
REAL ESTATE INVESTORS - I have assisted Real Estate Investors from Acquisition to Liquidation of the Properties. Tasks included are: Due Diligence, Property Research, Leads Negotiation Calls, Uploading of Listing in the MLS, Updating of Listings in the MLS (Pending, Sold, Cancelled, Active), Social Media Marketing, Graphics Design, Liquidation Marketing, Transaction Coordination.
AUCTION ANALYSIS - I have done research for properties listed in Auction. Part of the research is the Property specifics (bed, bath, sq ft, etc,), Lien and Orders against the property, Name of Owners and Judgment files.
PROPERTY PRESERVATION - I have assisted a Property Preservation company with Order processing and follow ups with their Subcontractors.
VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE - I have handled a team of Virtual Assistants who assist Clients depending on the tasks
that they require. Some of the tasks that we have assisted our Clients with. Basic Accounting (Quickbooks Online, Updating of Statement of Accounts, Invoicing, Basic Bookeeping), Communication Support, Reports and Presentations, Social Media Marketing, Website and Graphic Design.
