I have been in the call center/BPO industry for over 9 years now. Started out as an outbound agent, doing sales call for an Australian company for 2 years. Aside from sales, I also have a solid background in the customer service field as a representative for a Telecommunication and an online retail store company in the US, background in the technical support for an ISP in the US as well.
As a manager in a BPO industry, I have managed the performance of customer service and technical accounts. I have been exposed to creating and analyzing reports using MS Office (powerpoint, excel, word, outlook) and providing recommendations and establishing systems and processes to improve service to operations management. I have also written a simple yet detailed SOP manual for a division in our company. I am adept in using the web and other web based and computer software for personal and work related research.

for a US client, I am responsible for her daily calendar management, updating her social media sites, transcribing voice mail messages and other administrative function.
I am highly organize and I can learn on my own but will not be afraid to ask help if needed. I have a positive attitude and can work with very minimal supervision. I am an active person, constantly seeking out new things to learn and experience.
