Profile Description

I've been working for six years in various companies but its nature is all about computer and typing. I've worked as an encoder for IBM Daksh and Tupperware, as an office secretary and as a call center agent both for voice and non-voice accounts. With all the work experiences I've had, I believe I have enough knowledge and skills regarding typing, writing and communication. I've had the best training from my previous employers which are business processing outsourcing companies. My typing speed runs from 45 to 50 words per minute with the accuracy of 95%. Regarding my english comprehension and writing skills, I have handled international accounts which enhanced those skills.
