Profile Description

I am looking for any virtual assistant positions, preferably a project based job that can be accomplished in a flex time, based on a given time frame.
My job experiences include working as a Technical Support Representative for more than 2 years for a US and Canada Based Printer Manufacturer. We troubleshoot various technical problems about computer hardware, software, and other peripheral devices. Configuring network devices in a wired and wireless environment. Apart from my technical experience, i have been trained to do up selling as well that increases company revenue and profitability.
Currently, i work as a Customer Support Representative for a US-based Cable, Phone and Internet Provider. Handles both Billing and Repairs for Video Products.
I have experiences for data entry jobs, Tabloid Lay-outing and Design, Webpage maintenance, and some programming too. I used Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Fireworks, Indesign, Dreamweaver, MS Office Suites for Presentations and other office works.
I have worked as a virtual assistant for a private and some small business before. I have experienced creating projects using a combined HTML and PHP, Java and C# Programming Languages too, though i'm in the process of learning it further and soon to master it. I also have experience in integrating web applications with databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Currently, i have enrolled myself in a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Course, and further learning the concepts behind Corporate Networks.
I am a person with high enthusiasm for this field of interest as i wanna make use of my educational background in Management Information Systems.
