I have been working in a call center industry for more than 5 years and that includes my experience with a known U.S based online shopping company, my previous client in one of the BPO centers in Cebu, handling Chat and Email Customer Support. Though I am not that fast when it comes to typing (only 40 words per
minute), yet I always make sure to hit my goal of 8 contacts per hour. I was also a sales specialist handling inbound/outbound calls for a VOIP company which is based in Holmdel, New Jersey, for 3 years and 5 months. I've been a publishing consultant for 6 months doing outbound calls for a famous publishing company which is based in Bloomington, Indiana. I have also worked with a phone company, a postpaid account which is still based in the U.S. Having been employed in a call center has equipped me on how to use different types of tools being used for every call, this includes using MS applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I can always work with less supervision.
