Real Estate Virtual Assistant
? Marketing
o Make use of flyers, online marketing through social media sites (eg. Facebook, Twitter, Linkedln), and Virtual Tours and Staging, among others, ensure the most cost effective way to make a home appealing to a high number of potential buyers
o Undergo basic training on flyer creation, Craigslist posting and social media marketing
? Database Management
o Control and maintain files, records and prospect database
? Prospect Management
o Learn, manage and monitor leads through Top Producer and Boomtown
? Email and Schedule Management
o Balance multiple tasks from email handling
? MLS & Website Listing Management
o Upload, edit and show client’s listings through Multiple Listing Service or personal websites
? Listing input checklist
o Gather all documentation relevant to inputting listing using listing taken
checklist
o Order sign up

needed (resive etc.)
o edit and upload youtube video, or find uploaded youtube video if complete

o Open zopim chat and wait for live connections.
o Once live connection is made assist client as needed, and obtain contact
o information for an agent to call them immediately.
o Create and monitor google alerts for targeted keywords and post comments on available blog sites with targeted hyperlinks and proper back links.
o Create additional communities served in realty generator systems using
google maps.
o Log into realty generator and follow up on all reminders and existing clients per the systems reminders. Notify assigned agent of any hot leads or customer inquiries via outside email
o Log into kunversion system and follow same reminder processes as above
o Post all listing on ebay classifieds and backpage once every other week.
o Post agent job ads on backpage once per week
o Assist agents in following up on internet inquiries and staying in constant contact.
o Input new contacts to database as directed, using scanned information.
